This notice explains the information collected through our financial statements and corporate tax enquiry page.

What you choose to share

The form asks for your company name, contact person and email address. Your contact number is optional. You may also share financial records, and their financial year-end. The form suggests a financial year-end and assessment year from readable records; you can correct the date or leave it for our team. Please upload only records you are authorised to share and that are relevant to this enquiry.

How we use it

We use your submission to contact you, understand the work required, review readiness and discuss the scope, payment and preparation steps. Your submission is an enquiry; it is not a tax filing, payment or certification that your accounts are accurate. We do not add you to marketing communications through this form.

Storage and access

Contact details and document metadata are stored in the website’s database. Uploaded files are held in private object storage. These hosting services are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Files are not published on the website. The team inbox and file downloads require an authorised account; initially access is limited to the site owner.

We use reasonable technical controls, including access restrictions and file size/type checks. These checks do not certify that a file is free of harmful content. Please do not upload passwords, identification documents, banking login credentials or unrelated personal information.

Keeping and correcting information

We keep enquiry information as needed to assess and follow up on the enquiry, provide agreed services and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. To ask about access, corrections, withdrawal of consent or deletion, contact us below. We will explain any records that need to be retained.

Website and WhatsApp

The website uses hosting logs and short-lived anti-abuse checks to operate the service. No advertising or analytics tracking pixel is included in this version. Contact information is sent when you submit the form; choosing a file alone does not upload it. Reporting-period suggestions are processed locally in your browser.

WhatsApp links open a draft enquiry for you to review and send. Information sent through WhatsApp is handled by that service as well as our team under its applicable terms.
